Beta Terms of Service
It is an implementation-accurate founder-review draft. Governing law, venue, warranty, liability, indemnity and other legal terms still require a founder/legal decision.
Private beta
TendClear is an invitation-only beta and may change, experience interruptions or contain defects. Access may be limited, suspended or ended to protect customers, websites or the service.
Accounts and submitted websites
You are responsible for your account credentials and activity. Submit only websites you own or are authorized to manage. By requesting a scan, audit or recheck, you authorize TendClear to make bounded automated requests to the submitted site’s public pages. Do not use the service to target private systems, evade website controls, cause disruption or perform unlawful or abusive activity.
Recommendations and AI drafts
TendClear reports measured website conditions and prepares recommendations. Optional AI-assisted drafts may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing any proposed wording or website change and for deciding whether to use it. TendClear does not automatically publish or change your website.
No outcome guarantee
TendClear does not guarantee indexing, search placement, rankings, traffic, leads, revenue, Google display text or any other business outcome. Search engines, websites and connected third-party services remain outside TendClear’s control.
Content, software and feedback
You retain responsibility for the business information, websites and material you provide. TendClear retains its software, product design and original service content. If you voluntarily provide product feedback, the final agreement should include a limited right to use that feedback to improve the service without claiming ownership of your business content.
Termination and deletion
You may stop using the beta and request account/data deletion. TendClear may restrict access for misuse, security risk or material violation of these beta terms. Shared-business ownership and active work may need to be resolved before deletion completes.
Open legal decisions
A qualified legal reviewer should supply or approve eligibility, warranty disclaimer, limitation of liability, indemnity, dispute, governing-law, venue, statutory-rights and notice language before these terms are treated as a final agreement. No jurisdiction, liability cap, certification or legal guarantee is asserted in this draft.
